The studio had decent heating and solid Wi-Fi connectivity, keeping me connected and warm . Plenty of space for a couple.

The quality of the room didn't meet expectations. It felt smaller than advertised, and the kitchen area had broken tiles. Kitchen equipment was lacking for any real cooking. Access to the metro was limited, and we ended up taking longer alternate routes due to early closures. Soundproofing was poor, with sounds from neighboring apartments keeping me awake.

Convenient location, but some quirks

The studios are conveniently located near the metro and local shops. The staff was especially helpful, speaking good English and providing useful tips.

The bathroom furnishings felt outdated, the kitchen had basic equipment, and I struggled with limited soundproofing . There was also a noisy fan instead of air conditioning.

The staff, everyone, was amicable and excellent.

Loved how the large and well-equipped room with 2 twin beds was arranged when we arrived. The location of the hotel was favourable, next to a busy shopping district. The staff was very, very nice, took good care of everyone.

The location thrilled me, just a 2-minute walk to the Mairie des Lilas station on metro line 11. Numerous shops and eateries nearby offered great dining options. The studio itself proved spacious, with good heating and fast Wi-Fi that helped me stay productive . The kitchen had ample cookware for basic meals, and I appreciated the kettle with complimentary teabags. Staff members were very accommodating, allowing luggage storage before check-in and offering advice on local attractions. The bathroom appeared outdated, with furnishings that could use modernizing. Limited light control from the large windows was inconvenient. Sheer curtains could enhance privacy while allowing natural light. Cleanliness was somewhat lacking in corners, with signs of mold growth. Despite these shortcomings, I felt comfortable and enjoyed my stay overall.

Location: the hotel was just next door to a good area of Paris, the city centre and metro and many restaurants around. I was here for 2 days and would absolutely stay here again.

the kitchen was well equipped with pots and pans for cooking. the room had limited visibility options for the windows.

The apartment is modern and comfortable and in particularly good location close enough to metro station. Nothing too much trouble, I would recommend this place...

The stay was pleasant and we will come back. It was in a quiet street in a good area. A market and a bakery nearby.

Excellent access to the metro made exploring central Paris effortless, with only a 20-minute ride. The staff were friendly and accommodating, great for extra parking hours post-checkout. The kitchen felt a bit outdated and basic, limiting cooking options, and the bathroom could use some modernization. Café options nearby provide a good taste of local flavors, though the street could get busy at times, affecting noise levels.

The studio was spacious and well-equipped with a kitchenette that had everything I needed, including a stove and refrigerator. The internet was fast,. The location was ideal, just a short walk from the metro.
